  • 1 pound frozen peeled and deveined shrimp, thawed
  • 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 12 ounces frozen cut green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill labeled gluten free
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika labeled gluten free
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. 1Wash hands before and after handling the raw shrimp, keep it separate from ready-to-eat foods, and sanitize the work area
  2. 2Pat the shrimp dry
  3. 3Heat the oil in a large lidded skillet over medium heat
  4. 4Add the potatoes, water, paprika, half the garlic powder, half the salt, and pepper
  5. 5Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring twice, until the potatoes are nearly tender
  6. 6Add the green beans, cover, and cook 4–5 minutes
  7. 7Add the shrimp, dill, remaining garlic powder, and remaining salt
  8. 8Cook uncovered 4–6 minutes, stirring often, until the shrimp are opaque and reach 145°F and the potatoes are tender
  9. 9Squeeze the lemon over the skillet and stir
  10. 10Divide among four plates
  11. 11Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours and use within 3–4 days
