- ✓1 tablespoon olive oil
- ✓1 lemon
- ✓1 teaspoon dried dill labeled gluten free
- ✓1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ✓1/2 teaspoon paprika labeled gluten free
- ✓1/2 teaspoon salt
- ✓Black pepper to taste
- ✓1/2 cup water

Directions
- 1Wash hands before and after handling the raw shrimp, keep it separate from ready-to-eat foods, and sanitize the work area
- 2Pat the shrimp dry
- 3Heat the oil in a large lidded skillet over medium heat
- 4Add the potatoes, water, paprika, half the garlic powder, half the salt, and pepper
- 5Cover and cook 12–14 minutes, stirring twice, until the potatoes are nearly tender
- 6Add the green beans, cover, and cook 4–5 minutes
- 7Add the shrimp, dill, remaining garlic powder, and remaining salt
- 8Cook uncovered 4–6 minutes, stirring often, until the shrimp are opaque and reach 145°F and the potatoes are tender
- 9Squeeze the lemon over the skillet and stir
- 10Divide among four plates
- 11Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours and use within 3–4 days
