Directions

- 5Add the onion and ground beef
- 6Cook uncovered 8–10 minutes, breaking the beef into small pieces, until it reaches 160°F
- 7Carefully drain excess fat if needed
- 8Stir in the broccoli and remaining seasonings, cover, and cook 4–6 minutes until the broccoli is hot and tender and the potatoes are fully cooked
- 9Divide among four plates
- 10Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours and use within 3–4 days
