  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch labeled gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika labeled gluten free
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

  5. 5Whisk the cold milk, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until lightly thickened
  6. 6Layer half the potatoes, beef mixture, sauce, and cheese in the dish, then repeat
