- ✓1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ✓2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions
- 1Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat
- 2Cook the onion and carrots 5 minutes
- 3Add the garlic and thyme and stir 30 seconds
