- ✓1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ✓1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
- 1Heat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed sheet pan
- 2Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces, until it reaches 160°F
- 3Carefully drain excess fat, then stir in the beans, corn, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and 1/3 cup water
- 4Simmer 4 minutes
- 5Spread the labeled chips on the sheet pan and spoon the hot beef mixture over them
- 6Sprinkle with cheddar and bake 6–8 minutes until the cheese melts and everything is steaming
- 7Top with tomato and lettuce
- 8Add optional labeled salsa or yogurt only after rechecking the packages
