- ✓1/2 cup certified gluten-free rolled oats, pulsed into crumbs

- ✓1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ✓1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
- 1Heat oven to 375°F and lightly oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish
- 2Cook the labeled noodles for 2 minutes less than the package directions, then drain
- 3Whisk the cold milk, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until lightly thickened
- 4Remove from heat and stir in the cheese
- 5Fold the noodles, drained tuna, frozen vegetables, and sauce together in the baking dish
